Payment of services
In Compania AQUASERV S.A. Tirgu Mures’ operating area, services can be paid by the following means:

•ONLY CLIENT IN RURAL AREAS – post office pay desks (post office workers – where no post offices are available) – based on the invoice issued by Compania AQUASERV S.A.
•BRD Bank branches – based on the invoice issued by Compania AQUASERV S.A.
•Automatic Tellers – APT and Multifunctional Machine – MFM of BCR Bank, based on the invoice issued by Compania AQUASERV S.A.

If you choose payment through a bank, when paying your invoice you must write, on the payment order, in the afferent heading, as payment subject: client code (right hand side of the invoice, above the table), invoice number and series, your name.

If you choose e-payment, when paying your invoice, you must write on the payment order, in the afferent box, the payment subject: client code (right hand side of the invoice, above the table), invoice number and series, your name.
DIRECT PAYMENT
•Direct Debit*, at Banca Transilvania, Raiffeisen Bank, BRD
* Through this payment method, the client empowers the bank to withdraw, upon due date, the water- sewerage invoice’s value from its account, and to transfer those amounts, through bank transfer, in the account of Compania AQUASERV.
For payment through Direct Debit, please contact your bank. Payments are made in the chronological order of the invoices, starting with penalties and then any outstanding balance.

Compania AQUASERV does NOT cash payments anymore. Consequently, do NOT give money to anyone who may require it on behalf of AQUASERV!

These types of misunderstandings will be settled directly between you and Compania AQUASERV, without involving the bank.
