Operating license 
National Authority for Regulating Public Utility Services’ President Order no. 255/28.05.2021 approved granting License no. 5367/28.05.2021 for COMPANIA AQUASERV SA, class 1 license for the sewerage and water supply public service, valid throughout 5 years from issuance date. Starting with August 2007, Compania AQUASERV operates on basis of an Quality- Environment – Health and Occupational Security Integrated Management System, according to international reference standards, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2008. The Management System has been certified by the Romanian Society for Quality Assurance  – SRAC – prestigious certification body. 
Policy in the field of quality – environment – security and occupational health 
We, Compania Aquaserv S.A., aim to continuously improve our performances in the field of water supply and sewerage services, by controlling the processes throughout all stages of potable water production and distribution, waste water collection and treatment. We carry out our activities focusing on the organization and its context, understading the needs and expectations of interested parties. 
For this purpose, we commit ourselves to achieve the following general objectives:
•Ensure that our policy and objectives are compatible with the company’s strategic direction; 
•Increase customer and community trust and satisfaction, regarding our entire performance, by permanently supplying quality services and products, with minimum consumption of natural resources, protecting the environment and ensuring a healthy work environment; 
•Respect provisions of all laws and regulations in force, applicable to our field of activity, including those concerning environment and occupational health and safety aspects generated by our activities; 
•Determine internal and external problems that may influence the IMS – environmental / OHS conditions that may affect or that can be affected by activities, products, services: climate, air quality, water quality, soil usage, contamination, resource availability, biodiversity, external context (cultural, social, political, technological, economic, legal); 
•Reduce natural resources consumption and maximize efficiency of own energetic resource use; 
•Improve management of waste resulted from our activities, with special attention to the management of sludge reslted from waste water treatment and drinking water production processes; 
•Identify, control and reduce accidents’ and occupational diseases’ risks by taking technical, organizational and hygienical sanitary protection measures for our employees, for the accident and occupational diseases risks they are exposed to through the nature of the activity they carry out; 
•Encourage professional development and performances of our employees through trainings and professional development, creating a challenging environment for this purpose; 
•Approach risks and opportunities at company level, depending on the internal and external context determined. 
In order to achieve our policy objectives, we shall ensure all necessary resources, we shall plan, maintain and continuously improve our quality – environment – security and occupational health integrated quality system, according to applicable reference standards: SR EN ISO 9001:2008, SR EN ISO 14001:2005 and SR OHSAS 18001:2008, and annualy analyze its efficiency.
